HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e All-in-One Printer

Have just purchased a HP OfficeJet Pro 9120E and it does not appear to have an option to print double sided from the drop down menu.  However if I print directly from my Commonwealth Bank netbank site there is an option for double sided.  How can I make this printer print double sided as its important to my business.  No where on the box did it say that it did not print double sided nor did the sales person so this was the case.  Any suggestions please ....... desperate!

Are you printing using the SmartApp or a driver installed on the computer? The printer itself features automatic duplexing, so the issue would be a driver issue. Make sure that you have an HP driver installed and not a IPP driver from Microsoft.

If you have a Windows computer go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu and then scroll through the options and ensure that is shows duplex unit = installed.
