Hi @DESL684,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding !

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw doesn't have automatic duplex printing (double-sided printing); it only supports manual duplex printing, which is why the duplex printing option is greyed out.

But you can still print double-sided manually by following these steps:

Open the document you want to print. Press Ctrl + P (or go to File → Print). Select your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw printer. Look for the "Print on Both Sides" option (if available) and select "Manually Print on Both Sides" or choose "Odd Pages Only" in the print settings. Click Print and wait for the printer to finish.

Then, take the printed pages, flip them over, and reinsert them into the paper tray (adjust according to how your printer feeds paper). Now, print the Even Pages Only to complete the double-sided printing.

If you’re using the HP Smart App, open it and select Print, then choose your document. Under Print Settings, find the Two-Sided Printing (Duplex) option. If it says Manual, follow the same steps as above, print odd pages first, flip them, and then print the even pages.

Hope this helps! 📄
