OFFICEJET Pro 7720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone, we have OFFICEJET Pro 7720 and we are trying to use the eprint email address we have to print double sided paper.

We have PDF's of 4 sheets, we would like to print them double sided on papers so we endup with 2 papers instead of 4.
We have downloaded the driver and now the ePrint appears in printers list at windows 10, and the setting there is done for 2 sides, however we still have the papers printed on 1 side.

i wonder if we need to login anywhere to save those settings, or to connect the printer via cable or so? any suggestion please?

Welcome to the HP Community.

Unfortunately, what you want is likely not be possible.

In all the years and the several printers I've had, just ONE of them (I think it was the OfficeJet Pro 8740) had the "customized eprint"setup option.  I no longer have that printer and cannot confirm whether the setting (still) exists on that device.

Although there is a hint that you might be able to adjust / customize the settings, it is more than likely that you cannot do so.

If you can adjust the setting (if the option exists), the box to make the change is located in your HP Smart / HP Connected account in plain view (not hidden).
