@Ramang, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP printer. Unfortunately, the printer model "dw 233" you mentioned isn't recognized from the available HP product documentation.

However, if you're having trouble with double-sided printing, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check Printer Settings:

  • Make sure the double-sided (duplex) printing option is enabled in your printer settings. You can do this in the print settings of your document on your computer.

Printer Software:

  • Ensure that the printer software or driver installed on your computer is up-to-date. You can check for updates on the HP Support website.

Paper Loading:

  • Make sure you have enough paper loaded and that it is loaded correctly. The paper size and type should be supported by your printer specifications.

Manual Duplex:

  • If your printer does not support automatic duplex printing, you may need to manually reload the paper to print on both sides.

Printer Issues:

  • Run the printer diagnostics or troubleshoot feature often available in the printer’s settings menu or accessible from the software on your computer.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
