Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-In-One does not support AutoDuplex (2-sided) printing. It needs to be manually reloaded to print the 2nd side.

For Smart Tank printers that support Auto Duplex printing, consider the HP Smart Tank 7602 Printer series.

This tutorial shows how to print a 2-sided document. As the printer does not have an Automatic Duplexor, the paper needs to be reloaded into the input tray to print the 2nd side. The HP full featured software was installed beforehand. Please refer to the video on software installation if needed ...
