Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP OfficeJet 8710 and I tried  firmware downgrade cmd  " lpr -S 192.168.137.180 -P 192.168.137.180 OJP8710_2105AR.rfu".  it does not work I get massage  "could not open OJP8710_2105AR.rfu for reading". I Try quite a few times but it did not work. Does anyone else have tried it or have any knowledge about it please.

Open web browser, enter printers IP address in address bar to access printers EWS and you can find tab for firmware download.
