HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I have the same question, as a previous user:

I have used HP Printers for business use since the first colour Deskjet and used compatible ink refills and cartridges from the very beginning, all on the official HP understanding  that damage caused by non HP cartridges would invalidate the guarantee. I bought my last printer, an OfficeJet Pro 6960 in 2017 on the same understanding and have used compatible ink ever since, that is until last week when it was suddenly blocked from using compatible cartridges. I would be grateful if you would tell me how to get it working with my existing compatible cartridges as I have never paid for or entered into a contract with HP to solely use their HP ink cartridges in this printer. I Look forward to receiving a fix.

I would like to add also that my guarantee is expired. I have not signed anything to use ONLY hp cartidges. Using other types is my responsablity. Making me use your products only all of a sudden is quite outrageous and I will be sorry to throw out my printer and switch to another brand.
