Hi,

the download-Link to Firmware HP Laserjet MFP M234sdwe Printer is broken. No download, no printing. Is this the new way to buy a new printer? Thumbs up HP.

The firmware file was removed because of some issues with printers after the firmware upgrade.

The Problem is now, without new firmware is my printer offline. any idea ?

 

As a German GmbH company, we have several HP products. It is annoying when some departments cannot work.

You don't want new firmware for now, it would make your M234sdwe stop working with an error. Wait a day or two for a new firmware release.

How did you plan to install the firmware if the printer is offline?

 

Can you elaborate on what it means that the printer is ofline, it's connected to a network can you ping it IP address can you access printer's menu if you open a web browser and enter printers IP address instead of the homepage?
