Hi! @lj_educates, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you would like to get printer drivers for your HP Officejet Pro K550 printer.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

As you mentioned you need windows 10 drivers for your HP Officejet Pro K550 printer.

I have checked the records since the printer is very old and is a part of retired policy product there are no drivers available from HP.

Refer this article to know more information about HP product retired policy.

However, you can try installing the drivers using windows built-in drivers and check if it helps.

Install the built-in print driver over a wireless or wired (Ethernet) network connection on a computer with Windows 10.
Search Windows for devices, and then click Devices and Printers in the list of results.
Click Add a printer.
Select Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.
Select the printer that I want isn't listed.
And select HP Officejet Pro K550 from the list or select Deskjet 990c from the list and click next and finish to complete the driver installation.

Refer this article to know more information about installing windows built-in drivers.

If the issue still persists, it's time for you to upgrade your printer. Please upgrade your printer to a new one.
