Please help ! I have a HP Deskjet 2132 and a while ago; I was told that my computer that runs Windows 10 64bit was approved for a upgrade to Windows 11, So I went ahead & downloaded & started the upgrade to Windows 11; after I downloaded Windows 11 & started to install my printer software; I soon realized that I was not going to like Windows 11....the apps & system was extremely sluggish & was not acting right.....my computer was freezing at times.... so I went to my settings and set my operating system back to Windows 10....Since going back to Windows 10; I am having better luck and my system runs at full speed....then I installed my printer software back on my Windows 10 tower & know its telling me that it doesn't recognize my printer & receiving errors; even though all software is updated & has the latest updates.... So I went to plan B and installed my printer software on a mini-tower & I am using my mini-tower to run my HP Deskjet 2132...is there anyone who can help me get my HP tower to operate my printer instead of my mini-tower ??
I hope to hear from you soon,

Hi @SeanL45,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a driver-related issue with your HP Deskjet 2132 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
I recommend you delete the driver and root level and retry, follow the steps below:
1) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2) Select your HP Printer
3) Select Uninstall
4) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe”
😎 Click on the “Drivers” tab
9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10) Select Ok
11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12) Close Devices and Printers.
Use this link to download and install the new driver. Configure the printer and try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
