OfficeJet Pro 6968

Hello, I have repeatedly installed the full software pack for my OfficeJet Pro 6968 but it does not install everything - only the basic driver. No printer software and no full drivers that work with MS office, etc. I had prevsiously installed all of this fine when I bought the printer 6 months ago. However, I uninstalled everything becasue I was having problems. Now, of course, I can't get anything back.

 

Any insights would be helpful. Clearly the software pack I'm downloading (either through 123.hp.com or directly from the support site) is defective - maybe someone knows where the REAL software is hidden.

1. Can you try this Uninstaller from Microsoft and then reinstall the FULL feature software again?

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed...

2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

 

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-6960-all-in-one-printer-series/828...

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software
