I'm trying to download the HP Easy software. The site is asking me for my printer sn. I put it in and it is not accepting it. How can I download the software??

Find the Correct Serial Number Location: Make sure you are looking at the correct number. The serial number is typically found on a label or sticker on the back, bottom, or inside the ink cartridge door of your printer. It might be listed under "S/N".

 

Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, website issues can be related to your browser's cache and cookies. Clearing these might help the website to function properly. Each browser has a different method for clearing cache and cookies, so you might need to look up instructions for your specific browser.

 

Try a Different Browser or Device: If clearing the cache and cookies doesn't work, try accessing the website from a different web browser or a different device altogether. Sometimes, certain website functionalities work better on one browser compared to another.
