Product: HP Laserjet M15w
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I can not print in draft quality from my mac book. The" Media & Quality" only allows me to chose the tray and size of paper. It does not show a draft quality option. I restarted my macbook, installed the printer again - no sucess.

Yes, you are correct. Few of the HP Laserjet printers do not have the option to print in Draft mode. This is as per the design of this model printer.
