Hi, I have a Mac running on Big Sur 11.1.
Since the update, I haven't been able to print. When I send a document to print it says "waiting for printer to be come available".
I have looked on the HP smart map and the diagnosis is saying "Driver Check Issue Not Fixed". I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still the issue persists.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software.
Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
If the same persists, please clarify how the printer is connected to the Mac, is it a USB or a network connection?

Thank you for your reply. I followed your advice and I am still having issues to print.
When I try to print the test page, it is coming up with: "Printing - Waiting for printer to become available"
I am connecting the printer with USB. Which I have never had any issues with previously.

HI,
Please try another USB cable, or try connecting the printer to the network and check for any difference with a wireless connection.
If the printer is not connected, click the wireless icon and select Settings or the gear icon, then restore the network settings and then follow the Wireless Setup Wizard option and connect the printer to your wireless network, then try adding the printer through the network connection (Bonjour) and check for any difference.
