Ciao a tutti
ho acquistato un stampante Color Laser 150NW, ho provato ad installarla sul mio Mac che monta OS Monterey 12.1, ma non ci sono i driver e quindi HP Easy Start non prosegue oltre la ricerca dei driver
Ho dovuto connetterla via USB perché non posso riesco via wireless
OS riconosce la stampante (marca e modello), ma se devo stampare devo farlo appena la stampante è accesa, per altre stampe devo spegnere la stampante e riaccenderla
Qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Product: Color Laser 150NW
Operating System: Monterey 12.1
Hi everyone
I bought a Color Laser 150NW printer, I tried to install it on my Mac running OS Monterey 12.1, but there are no drivers and therefore HP Easy Start does not continue looking for drivers
I had to connect it via USB because I can't connect wirelessly
OS recognizes the printer (product brand and model), but if I have to print I have to do it as soon as the printer is on, for other printouts I have to turn off the printer and turn it back on
Can anyone help me?

I understand that you are trying to install the printer on Mac with Monterey 12.1, I am glad to assist you.
This printer supports AirPrint, you can install the printer using AirPrint.
Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to set up the printer using AirPrint:- Click here

This might require remote access to your computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
