I am searching for a driver to run my printer via USB on macOS 10.12 Sierra. Thanks in advance.

Hi Daniel,

The Samsung ML-1610 printer is not supported on Mac computers and never was supported on any such.

 

You may find its datasheet below, the printer is supported on Windows and Linux computers, not on Macintosh computers:
