Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need help. I keep getting this message "Driver Unavailable" for my HP MFP M283fdw and the printer appears offline.  I use a Laptop with Windows 10 as OS

Hi,

Please check for updates and also check if you may see any optional update, if any such is listed expend the Driver category and install any missing update there, restart the computer and check if you may see any difference.

 

If the same persists with no change, could you please clarify your exact Windows 1o version number or Build? you may right-click the start button and select System, this information will be listed within the Windows Specifications section.

I did as you advised and an update of a Driver resolved the issue and I can print now. So thanks a lot for help. I appreciate.
