Product: Officejet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 7740 printers (work and home) and both of them are 'offline' and 'driver unavailable' to my HP laptop. 2 different wireless networks, same issue.

 

I can use the HP smart app to scan wireless to my laptop, but I can't print wireless from my laptop to the printer

My Samsung S10 cellphone can print from the HP smart app wireless to the printer on the same wireless network.

I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled the driver package, and it can find the device, but it continues to say 'driver unavailable'

 

Please help!
