Product: photosmart c4795
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to download the driver for this printer and it has now been just over 2 hours. I am trying to find out if this is normal or if there is a problem I should be addressing. All other downloads on this computer have been quick and easy but it seems nothing with this printer has been.

Your printer is a little bit old, probably system can't work this out. Please manually download software and drivers for the whole series of C47xx printers and install to your computer.

I've been trying to follow your link and do that, my system will not let me cancel previous install or shut down my computer. It's now been short of 5 hours and it is still installing. I'm not sure what to do now.
