Printer driver opens, and when is 99% it freeze and then occurs an error, already tried hp print and scan doctor

Hi,

From the printer screen click the Setup button, then select Service and select HP Smart Install.

Disable the feature and confirm, then turn the printer Off.

From your computer open Control Panel > Devices and Printers, remove any shown HP printer and restart your computer.

 

Right-click the Start button, select Run, paste the following and press OK:

printui /s /t2

 

Select and remove any listed HP printer, select the 2nd option to remove both the driver and its package.

 

Now reinstall the HP Software and power on the printer when the installation asks to connect the printer, ensure the USB is connected to the computer and check for any difference.
