Hi,
I just got a used HP Deskjet 3510 e-All-in-One Printer Series. I was able to connect my printer to the wireless network and download HP Easy Start to my computer. After opening HP Easy Start, I was able to connect to my printer, but when I got to the step to download and install the recommended software, I got the following message: "We were not able to automatically locate any software options for this product. Please go to the HP Website and search for product solutions there."
Can someone help me?

Hi,
Please make sure your macOS is fully up to date by installing any update for Catalina:

Next, uninstall any existing HP Software by following the HP Uninstaller Utility below:
Next, download and install the latest drivers below:
Finally, open System Preferences, and then open Printers & Scanners to re-add your printer. be sure to select the printer model within the Use drop-down menu.
