Product: HP Laserjet P1006

I am trying to download the driver for my new Macbook Pro M1 running Monterrey 12.0.1. The available driver won't install - getting an error message that it only supports up to OS 12. Really? A slight update and I can't load? Please help, i need my printer!

Wanted to let you all know that I was able to install the HP software update from 2020 that lives on the Apple.com support site, and it worked on my Monterey 12.01.
