I have an HP Officejet 100 mobile and am using Windows 7 64 bit. I cannot find any drivers to install the printer.

Hi @thetimewizard,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how important it is to get your HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer working, especially when you're relying on it for quick, on-the-go printing. It can be really frustrating when something as simple as a driver stands between you and a working device, especially on an older system like Windows 7.

The good news is: we’ve found the official HP driver page for your printer. You can download the correct drivers for Windows 7 64-bit directly from HP’s support site:

🔗 HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer series - L411 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

What to Do Next:

  1. Visit the link above and select your operating system (Windows 7 64-bit should be auto-detected).
  2. Download the Full Feature Software and Driver package.
  3. Once downloaded, right-click the installer and choose "Run as Administrator" to ensure proper installation.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Thank you for the reply, but that is incorrect information. The only thing that is available on the HP site is the driver removal tool, not any drivers or software. I still need a source for the driver please.

Hi @thetimewizard,

Thank you for getting back. The support is limited as Windows 7 is Obsolete, and if the drivers are not working, I would request you to please try using a different version of Windows and let us know if that helps.

Keep us posted

Thank you again for your reply. You state "if the drivers are not working".... I respectfully ask what drivers you are referring to? There are are no drivers available at the location you provided, so I have none to install to see if they work or not. I'm really not sure why no drivers are provided, when the driver removal tool is provided. This makes no sense to me. As far as your recommendation to try a new operating system, this suggestion is really not helpful. Installing a completely new operating system on my computer just to see if it makes my printer work is not logical, as this is a fairly major undertaking and is not easily accomplished. Also, because this is an older printer, what are the chances that it would even be supported in a newer operating system? There has to be a driver that will make this printer work, even if it's just a simple generic driver. Windows 7 was the prevalent operating system at the time this printer was in production so why is it so difficult to obtain drivers for it? I just don't get it.

FerRx I apologize, it's been a while since you replied, but I tried the link you sent me for the Windows 7 OfficeJet 100 driver and it says it may have expired. If you have time, could you please send it again. I appreciate your time.
