HP Recommended

No, we tried a few (generic ones and drivers for similar printers). All did the same where you go to print, the printer says in use and the power button on the printer flashes, then it goes back to idle and no print.

We have tried all the troubleshooting steps from our end, I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.
