I have an asus with windows 11 12 gbs and i7 9th gen...my hp desk jet 6122 cant do any anything,yet i need to print.any one with drivers for that old

Hi @loodhudson ,

 

1. Because that model printer is old, maybe you need to try alternative drivers like Deskjet 990c.

 

2. Please download the next drivers for Deskjet 990c and unzip in a folder in your Desktop.

 

3. Then follow the steps from the next video to install your printer:

 

 

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
