"Drive unavailable" is listed under my printer name in my available printers. I cannot print anything, even though my printer appears to be connected. I ran print and scan doctor and it said it fixed the issues. I was not able to successfully print a test page from that tool, only an 'internal' test page. I removed the device from my available printers. I have downloaded the full web pack driver and the installation completes, but I cannot see the installation. And on top of that, I keep having issues with the color cartridge. When I was able to print, after every print job, it tells me there is a problem. I remove the cartridge then put it back in. It will print, then the error message comes up again. VERY FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING. Supposedly, my firmware is up to date. HELP, PLEASE!

Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve ink cartridge issues - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode, you may remove the color ink cartridge and try printing.
Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC(Wireless connectivity)

If the issue persists,
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
