Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M283fdw

I am getting an incompatible OS error even though it lists as supported for a Windows Server 2016. There are several references to this issue but all of the links to support articles are no longer available. I just need the drivers installed so I can use a shared printer with RDP to the server.  Thank you.
