Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot install my new HP ENVY 4527. i have a new laptop with Windows 10. No matter what I do or how much software I download I get the message Driver is unavailable. I am about to burst into tears! I have followed instructions, downloaded, started, re-started, followed instructions, nothing works. Help.

There was a fix for the Driver Unavailable issue posted to Windows Update. Please check your Windows Updates and see if you have any failed updates. Click on the failed update and retry it.
