HP Photosmart D110 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to print from my laptop. I went to Device Manager and located my printer. The message says driver is unavailable.

I've spent hours in troubleshooting and cannot resolve this problem.  So very frustrating! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer with a fail message, I tried again and then the message is device is unavailable. I have tried to locate the driver directly  from 123.HP.com  and it takes me back to Device Manager and to add the printer. So I did it a 3rd time with the same message. I tried to install the HP support software and that failed. I spoke with Microsoft Help and was advised to go to HP123.com to download the driver directly and then it says to add device using product software.

Can someone please give me step by step instructions that can resolve this?

Thank you!

Thank you ferRX I was able to resolve using a YouTube video. Basically I uninstalled ALL files related to my printer and surprisingly when I added device it worked. Just removing the device wasn't enough!
