Dear HP users, I have just tried to connect my HP PSC 1315 to Windows 11, but Devices and Printers map in the Control Panel shows that the Driver is unavailable.
HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.7.4 says "Recommended Updates" are fine (green); "Device Manager" (error-red) and after restarting my Computer, the issue remains; "Driver Check" (error-red); "Device Status" is fine (green); "Windows (WIA) Scan" (error-red); "Solution Center" (error-red); "HP Twain Scan" (error-red); "Registry" (error-red); "HP Scan Flow Manager" (error-red); "Digital Imaging Monitor" (error-red); "Front Panel Test" (error-red); "Test Scan" (does not work).
When I try to print a page the message "The printer is in an error state" appears.
How can I get this driver? Thank you!
It seems to me that HP PSC 1315 All-in-One is not compatible with Windows 11.
