Hello! I have used my printer previously with no problems. The last couple of days I ran into problems. I cannot get my laptop to update the drivers on my printer. I have used HP Print and Scan Doctor to update the drivers and it goes through all the steps succesfully. Still, when I select my printer it says drivers missing. I have tried rebooting my printer but to no result. Rebooting my laptop doesn´t work either. I hope you can help me.

Hi,
From the Start menu click the Gear icon and then on Update & Security.
Click Check for Update Now and install any available updates, then restart your computer and check for updates once again.
Microsoft has released an update to resolve printing issues, installing any latest updates should resolve a such,

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer and the operating system of the computer?

I am having the same issue that FreeJack was having and have not been able to print since the October windows update. I have installed all windows updates, removed the printer and re-installed, used the print and scan doctor and the printer can be found and installed, just without a driver. We can print locally from the printer with a USB drive, just not from windows 10. The printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 and I have Windows 10 64 bit which has been updated to feature update 1909(2) and quality update 1909.
