Product: HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a

I have had my printer for many years and every laptop I have ever connected it to I have been able to print from. I just bought a PC and no matter what I try I have not been able to figure out how to print from my PC. It just says that the driver is unavailable. I search for the driver on HP's website and download what it says to download, but it still doesn't work.

I'd like to help!

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

What is the current OS you are using?

 

Update the drivers and firmware by selecting the current OS. If there are no drivers, then this printer may not be compatible with your current OS. 

However, you may try  HP printer setup (Windows built-in driver)
