HP Recommended

I had an error message on my Windows Surface Pro saying the printer was in error mode but no error code on the printer and the HP dashboard showed the printer was in ready state. After speaking with the tech team, the printer was un-installed but now can't re-install due to 'Driver is unavailable' message.
