Driver wont download - HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n? Please provide current driver

This link and driver does not resolve the issue to add printer to my new computer (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-officejet-4500-all-in-one-printer-series-g510/model/3986394?...)

The following two sites have software for older systems that might not be available at HP. The driverscollection site is recommended more than the .eu one. Do not download any "driver downloader" or "updater". Please examine the buttons to ensure they download the actual driver and not a driver helper. Do not click on any advertisements or any page that has the word "AD"

Close any popup that has "AD" in it. Download only official HP files. They will start with the two letters SP and have the form
SP153214.exe -or-
SP96885.exe etc.

All of these links say "Refused to connect"  please advise as I am trying to download driver to connect to wireless network I have printer on.  HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n-z is printer

I am also based in USA and see some of the extension are .eu and not sure if that matters

When I click on link provided it does not open and provides the following message "
