Hi @1130CD

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble downloading the driver for your HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One printer, I can guide you through the process.

Here are the steps to get the driver:

1. Visit HP's Official Support Website

  • Go to the HP Support website: HP Support

2. Search for Your Printer

  • In the search bar, type HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One.
  • Click on the correct model to go to the printer’s driver download page.

3. Select Your Operating System

  • Choose your operating system (Windows, macOS, etc.). Make sure to select the correct version (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Big Sur).
  • If you’re unsure, you can manually check your OS version in the Settings > System > About on Windows or in About This Mac on macOS.

4. Download the Driver

  • Once you select the OS, you’ll be presented with a list of available drivers. Look for the full feature driver or the basic driver (depending on your needs). I recommend downloading the full feature driver, which includes all the necessary utilities for scanning, printing, etc.
  • Click Download to start the download.

5. Install the Driver

  • Once the file is downloaded, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
  • During installation, you’ll be prompted to connect the printer (via USB or Wi-Fi) if you haven’t already.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you, I can now print!  But.... now when using HP Smart when I scan a document, I can only save it as a Basic PDF or Image*.jpg

I have the current HP Smart.
