Drivers HP Deskjet 1515 for macOS Tahoe 26

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get my HP DeskJet 1510 working on macOS Tahoe 26 (Sequoia), but so far no luck.

The official HP support page doesn’t list any drivers for this OS version, and HP Easy Start doesn’t find anything compatible.
When I add the printer through “Printers & Scanners,” macOS detects it, but it won’t print — it just says “Waiting for printer to become available.”

I also tried AirPrint, but it doesn’t work either.
I’ve seen mentions of an “Apple DeskJet Printer Essentials L5_1901” package, but I can’t find any valid download link for it anywhere.

I’d really appreciate any help or link you could share.

Please try to install with the next steps:

(1) Connect a USB cable between Deskjet printer and Mac computer:

• 

(2) Then install the next driver:

• >> Apple Deskjet printer essentials L5_1901
