Hello Experts,

 

I changed my modem and all hell broke loose with my C4780 printer. It won't connect to the wireless network anymore - no matter what we tried. HP Smart doesn't recognize it at all so I have no software help. The WPS pairing didn't work. I restored network defaults, unplugged, restarted ... nothing.

 

I decided to uninstall and reinstall the printer but I cannot find the drivers anywhere, Nothing on the HP site (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-c4700-all-in-one-printer-series/37946...) and Windows says that the driver is unavailable when I try to add through settings. 

 

1. Any assistance to locate the drivers would be much appreciated. 

 

2. Assistance on getting HP Smart to recognize the printer would also be much appreciated.

 

3. Is there anyway other than WPS pairing to connect the printer to the wireless network. any HP software available (aside from HP Smart which doesn't recognize the printer.
