I've uninstalled the drivers for my printer, as instructed to do so in an effort to fix the issue related to updating my MacOS. Upon trying to install new drivers/software for my printer, HP reports that none are available. Seriously? So now my printer is a paper weight. I should NOT need to buy a new printer because of this, I need HP's help on installing new drivers and am not happy that I cannot speak to an actual human at HP for help. The virtual agent is useless.
