macOS 26.0 Tahoe

Hi to all.

Recently I changed my PC Lenovo T14 for an Apple Mac Book Air M5 2026 and I can't find any drivers and software for MAC OS 27.0 Golden Gate for my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M123fw...Can anybody tell me where to download this drivers and software for my printer? Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @fjdieguez

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're looking for a way to use your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw with your new MacBook Air running macOS Tahoe.

If the operating system (OS) version that is installed on your computer is not listed on the software download site for your HP product, HP does not offer any software or drivers for your product for that operating system.

According to HP's guidance for macOS, many HP printers can be set up using Apple's built-in AirPrint technology, which eliminates the need for separate printer drivers.

Please refer to HP's document: HP Products - My operating system is not listed on HP Software and Driver Downloads

Please try the following:

  1. Ensure the printer and Mac are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. On your Mac, open System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
  3. Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax.
  4. Select HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw from the list of available devices.
  5. In the Use field, make sure AirPrint is selected.
  6. Click Add to complete the installation.

After adding the printer, test both printing and scanning functions. If scanning is needed, you can use Image Capture in macOS or the HP App if supported for your printer model.

If the printer does not appear during the AirPrint setup process, please let us know whether the printer is connected via Wi-Fi or USB and whether printing, scanning, or both are affected. This will help us guide you further.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
