Hello,
Tried calling the support line but I cannot defeat the IVR because it does not understand my serial number despite several attempts to say it over the phone. We are running into an issue with a printer server hosted device is printing multiple pages of wingdings instead of the data intended.
I am looking for the latest Standalone driver for the HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e in order to update the drivers on our Print Server.
Update:
I had to add the printer unconventionally through TCP/IP directly to the device instead of the Print Server, looks like it is using HP OfficeJet Pro 8030 series PCL-3, where can I obtain this as a standalone file to add it to my Print Server?

HP does not produce a driver that is designed to run on Server OS. Supported operating systems are
The only function support for server operating systems is the fax driver.
I suggest that you might want to try the HP Smart Universal Printer Driver. While your model is not specifically supported, I have found very good success with this driver and other printers that have yet to be certified.

The device was already using HP Universal Print Driver PCL6 7.2.0; but was causing print jobs to simply push out dozens of pages of wingdings.
The drivers are not being installed on the print server per se, they are stored there, connected to the printer entity on the Print Server through Print Management and then pushed out by Group Policy. That way, when the printer is connected via the Printer Server, it automatically installs the assigned driver without a bunch of other useless steps or connecting the printer directly as a local TCP/IP device.

Your printer is not listed as supported by the UPD driver you already installed and is only a PCL6 driver, not a PCL3 which would explain the Wing dings. The Smart UPD will drive PCL3 printers.
