Installed BIOS update for Alienware Aurora-Ryzen, ever since then the printer settings says "Drivers unavailable"

Hello @Cthullik ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

you need to install this complete package.
This software here, just download, then

 

  1. Close all programs
  2. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads click on the EXE
  3. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
  4. Restart the PC again
  5. Now the installation is complete.
