hi there i have braught a new printer and i have tried to install the drivers for it but it only gets so far to installing them and then the install/download stops and says to check my internet but i know it isnt that because the internet is fine please help me install the drivers so i can use my printer

Hi,

As you experience issues getting the drivers via HP Easy Start, please try downloading it directly from below:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-esse...

 

Once copleting the installation go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanenrs, click the plus sign and select the printer model within the Use drop-down menu.
