Hi all, I have recently purchased a Deskjet 3700 series and have been unable to print from my desktop, also an HP product. I can print from my phone and print an internal test page so I know the machine is in working order. I have installed the HP Smart app and I am going around in circles. My device manager and my printer settings window show the driver is unavailable and I cannot for the life of me find one to install. I'm always shown toward the HP Smart app. which tells me there is a problem but not how to fix it.
