LaserJet M1212nf MFP

Hi,

I have a MacOSMonterey 12.1 and I have downloaded the driver for MacOS 12 for my printer LaserJet M1212nf MFP but when I try to install it, I get an error saying "This update requires macOS version 12.0 or earlier" which I think I have. I tried downloading the earlier versions of the drivers too but it either gives me the same error or "the volume does not meet the requirements for the update." Is there anyway that I can install a driver so I can start using my printer again?

Hi,

How is the printer connected to your computer? via USB or through the network?

I suggest trying connecting the printer through the network and add the printer then using AirPrint, assuming you use a USB cable, this should allow printing from a macOS Monterey (12.0) computer.

I’m connecting it through USB. I will try your suggestion and get back to you.
