Good Morning HP Community,

 

We have an HP LaserJet Enterprise M612 that will receive a duplex print job.

 

Throughout that print job; it'll mostly print out the pages correctly (about 90%) of the time, but every so often it'll print out a page and put the printed information on the wrong side of the paper.

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue specifically?

 

I've already tried numerous PCL 6 driver versions and none of them resolved the issue.
