Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The duplex printing feature used to be on my HP Notebook 7BJ14AV laptop but now the only option is manually. I want automatically back. 

Now when I try to access printer properties I get this message "function address 0x00007FF8404A4F69 caused a protection fault, 

(exception code 0xe06d7363). The application property sheet page may not function properly. and I have to exit printer via task manager.

Never include your email address on these forums. Scam companies constantly monitor forums like this looking for suckered to contact and they will claim they are from HP.

Agreed but I didn't know if my contact info was available to see. Can you send possible steps to fix my printer issue?
