Duplex Printing - Smart Tank 7602r

I have to admit that I have been messing with this printer ALL Day! First I had a problem that HP Smart kept wanting to use an 8020e that failed and is no longer attached to my computer! I finally removed the HP printers from the system and reinstalled the Tank Printer. Everything seems to be working OK, EXCEPT, it WILL NOT allow me to use duplex printing from the HP Smart app or system dialog box! Of course, I can print duplex from an app like Word, but if I want to print duplex from something like a browser page, forget it! So, with that frustration having been displayed, what the heck am I doing wrong!

Hi @DGC512 

1. Please install Full software form the next link:

2. Once you install that software, then Restart your computer.

3. And check again to print double side your document.

Thanks, that worked! It IS a bit frustrating that they provide TWO (or more) different packages! At any rate, that did the trick, and I truly appreciate your consistent help!
