Product: HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw

Since purchasing a new windows computer, I can no longer duplex print PDFs on my Neverstop Laser 1001nw (still works for word files).  The Print menu wont show the option to print both sides but only on PDFs.  I have tried everything online.  Does anyone have any possible solutions?  Thank you!
