Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not use automatic duplex from my PC. From MAC no problem, works fine.

I installed latest driver, latest firmware but the printer always go into manual duplex mode if I print from Windows.

Any Idea whatelse I can do?

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
