Product: HP Smart Tank 5107 All-in-One Printer

Got myself a Smart tank 5107. It said it supports auto duplex printing via a driver. I found the setting in the printer properties and selected Installed but it doesnt work. At least when its in manual mode I get a pop up saying that i need to turn the paper by hand and then click Continue and can get things done on both sides of the paper. But when i enable duplex it just prints all one sided. Any one got ideas how it can be fixed?

Hi @Yaro12 

Checking on the specifications for Smart Tank 5107 shows that Duplex printing is only Manual.

 

There is another model Smart Tank 7005 with Automatic duplex printing included.

Check your paper types. Automatic duplex is disabled if you have the paper type set to any or paper types and weights that are not supported by auto duplex.

Its set as A4 plain paper. Nothing that indicates some types might not be supported. Is there anywhere else I need to check it?
